Each experience is unique,  I connect to Source and channel energy as I tune in and let your guides guide me through your energetic system and help release pin pointed blockages within the body.  I am prepared with various tools such as  crystals, bowls/cymbals and cards etc. to help.  This session is to heal, balance and transmute stagnant energy in your body as well as read your energetic story and relay the messages that your body, sometimes Spirit and your Higher Self have for you.  This experience can be received in person and remote.

An energy healing experience that goes six layers deep into the energetic systems( cellular, DNA, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) to bring forth healing and break repeated patterns of inherited family pain and/or trauma. This treatment goes 15 generations back into the family line up, it can bring forth wisdom and guidance from your ancestors and has nine different connections that offers healing for various experiences, feelings, and patterns.  This experience can be received in person and remote.

An invigorating hands on energy treatment that includes specific essential oils applied to different spots along the body, infused with powerful positive affirmations and energy clearing leaving you feeling like you’re in a total zen state. This experience is received in person.

An energy clearing treatment that clears and balances the major energy centers in the body followed by a card reading using the energy from your body to bring forth messages from your guides and Higher Self that help align you with your path and life purpose. This experience can be received in person and remote.

A head to toe energy experience that balances and clears the major energy centers in the body, helps relieve pain and discomfort in the muscles and joints and helps clear mental fog and emotional distress (alleviates anxiety and depression) leaving you feeling revitalized, refreshed and grounded.  This experience can be received in person and remote.

Level 1 is a persons initiation into Reiki.  The focus during this class is opening the energy channels on a physical level connecting you to the flow of Life Force energy.  You will be attuned to your level 1 symbol, receive a Level 1 manual,  learn a brief history about where Reiki originated from, receive hands on training to establish your connection to Reiki and the standard hand positions for yourself as well as working on someone else.  This class can be booked as a private, one on one class or a group class.  This degree is for practicing on yourself to help heal and align what is needed with in you, as well as family, friends, plants and pets.  Once completed you will receive a first degree certificate of completion and is a pre-requisite for the second degree training. This experience can be received in person and remote.

Level 2 is an expansion on Reiki level 1, the person receives their second attunement to the Harmony (emotional/mental) symbol as well as the distant healing symbol, expanding the energy channels even more.  There is a brief recap on Reiki level 1, teachings on starting ones own practice and the ethics of working with the public, how to do distant healing as well as lots of hands on practice.  Once completed you will receive a second degree certificate of completion and is a pre-requisite for the third degree (Master degree) training. This experience can be received in person and remote.

Level 3 is the Master degree where one receives their third attunement to the Master symbols.  One will learn the Masters Truth as well as the knowledge on how to pass on attunements to future students and practitioners. This course can be taught along with the Teachers certification if one chooses to teach Reiki. Once completed you will receive a Master Level certificate of completion. This experience can be received in person and remote.

The Self Care Tool Box Workshop is emotional first aid 

What you will learn: how to understand how your body is responding to anxiety and stress energetically and how to apply simple, effective tools and techniques to help you alleviate and diffuse it. 

Anxiety and stress can cause so much disrupt in our lives so this workshop is designed to help you

✨diffuse the energy naturally with immediate response tools as well as learning techniques to maintain a long term wellbeing. 

✨You’ll learn how to diffuse a panic attack and release it helping you feel more confident and in control. 

 With daily practice you will become more in tune with yourself and be able to triage your emotions better and manage them more effectively, establish your ground putting you back in the drivers seat of your life.
