Level 1 is a persons initiation into Reiki.  The focus during this class is opening the energy channels on a physical level connecting you to the flow of Life Force energy.  You will be attuned to your level 1 symbol, receive a Level 1 manual,  learn a brief history about where Reiki originated from, receive hands on training to establish your connection to Reiki and the standard hand positions for yourself as well as working on someone else.  This class can be booked as a private, one on one class or a group class.  This degree is for practicing on yourself to help heal and align what is needed within you.  Once completed you will receive a first degree certificate of completion and is a pre-requisite for the second degree training. This course can be done in person and remote.

Level 2 is an expansion on Reiki level 1, you will receive your second attunement, a level two manual and your second and third symbols the Harmony (emotional/mental) symbol as well as the distant healing symbol, expanding the energy channels even more.  There is a brief recap on Reiki level 1, teachings on starting ones own practice and the ethics of working with the public, how to do distant healing as well as lots of hands on practice.  Once completed you will receive a second degree certificate of completion and is a pre-requisite for the third degree (Master degree) training. This course can be done in person and remote.

Level 3 is the Master degree where you will receive your third attunement to the  three Master symbols and includes a level 3 manual  You will learn the Masters' Truth as well as the knowledge on how to pass on attunements to future students and practitioners. This course can be taught along with the Teachers certification if one chooses to teach Reiki. Once completed you will receive a Master Level certificate of completion. This course can be done in person and remote.

The Self Care Tool Box Workshop is about learning emotional first aid 

You will learn how to understand the way your body is responding energetically to your outside world and what triggers your anxiety and stress. You will learn simple, effective tools and techniques that you can apply to different situations that will reduce and alleviate it, putting you back in control of your emotional state.

What we cover in the duration of the workshop is:

✨what a downward spiral is for you and how to recognize it in its early stages giving you quicker response time. 

✨How to release the energy naturally with immediate response tools as well as learning techniques to maintain a long term wellbeing.

 With daily practice you will become more in tune with yourself and be able to triage your emotions to manage them more effectively.
