I understand that the treatment I receive is provided for basic purpose of relaxation, revitalization and relief of muscular and emotional/mental tension.  If I experience any pain or discomfort during my session I will inform Krystal right away.  I understand that Krystal Layh is not a doctor of any kind and that the treatment(s) I receive should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis.

I understand that Krystal Layh is not qualified to perform adjustments, diagnose, prescribe or treat any physical or mental illness and that nothing said in the course of the session given should be construed as such.

I agree to keep Krystal informed of any updates in medication or changes in my medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on Krystal Layh’s part if I fail to do so.

I am aware and understand that Krystal Layh works with pure Divine light and the Higher Self and is respectful of everyone’s free will, living and deceased.  I know that it is not guaranteed to receive messages and if I do I know that it is for entertainment purposes only.  I understand that the guidance I receive is for the purpose of my highest good and I assume full responsibility of the outcome if I choose or not choose to apply it.

I understand that Krystal Layh will not work with me if I come to session under the influence of drugs or alcohol and agree to forfeiting my appointment and payment if I choose to do so.

I understand and agree that if I am a no show or I fail to give 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment I forfeit my payment entirely.  I am aware that Krystal Layh understands that life happens and if a cancelation or rescheduling is required due to unexpected event or emergency a 50% refund will be issued back to me. 

All classes and workshops require a $50 deposit to secure your spot and the remainder of the payment is due in full before or on the day of the class or workshop.
